Replaced furnace, built transition between furnace and coil. Added AA 413 to return drop. Added Apco UV light. Re piped drains and gas line, converted to lp , tested out, cleaned work area

Performed tune up on Amana gas furnace, tested unit in heating mode and tested combustion as well as gas pressures and temperature split. Checked heat exchanger and cleaned and checked flame sensor, tested hot surface igniter and blower and inducer motor, no issues with unit at this time.

Gas furnace check up on a 90% Gas furnace tuneup on a 90% furnace . Checked the air filter and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Flushed the drain lines and furnace traps and inspected the condensate pump. Inspected the burners and flame sensors and cleaned . Inspected the flue pipes for leaks and bellies. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motors. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion on the system. The furnace is in good working order at this time of service.

Performed tune up on 15 year old American standard heat pump, ran unit in emergency heat mode and tested heat strips and temperature split. Checked indoor coil and blower . Changed filter and showed customer how to work thermostat, went to outdoor unit and tested all electrical and mechanical components, found a weak capacitor. Customer was notified about capacitor and she agreed to repair. No other issues with unit at this time.

Units are too tall to reach from 12’ ladder. That is a 20’ ladder in photo fully extended. Tape measure app said bottom of units are 18’. Will need a taller ladder or forklift if customer has one.

Upon arrival I shut the oil off at the tank. I changed the oil strainer and nozzle. Cleaned electrodes and repositioned them. Inspected gun chamber. Tested transformer and checked operation of primary control. Inspected heat exchanger, flue, and chimney base. Assembled unit back together. Checked expansion tank and auto fill. Inspected piping for any signs of leaks or corrosion. Turned unit on and bled air from oil line. Checked draft and performed a smoke test. Performed combustion test. System is performing very well at this time of service.

Arrived for a heat pump issue with it short cycling. Sue showed me the heat pump and then the oil furnace. Turned the unit on into heat pump mode and went outside to check pressures. Found a small mice nest and removed, it didn’t cause any damage. Was between coil and fan shroud. Checked pressures and saw that unit was over charged. Went inside to perform oil maintenance. I shut the oil off at the tank. I changed the oil filter, strainer, and nozzle. Cleaned electrodes and repositioned them. Inspected gun chamber. Tested transformer and checked operation of primary control. Cleaned heat exchanger, flue, and chimney base. Assembled unit back together. Adjusted blower speed for heat. Checked air temp rise. Checked static pressure. Performed a smoke test and combustion test. Changed 213 filter with customer supplied. Switched back to heat pump mode and went outside. Removed light amount of 410 from heat pump to achieve close to chart in heating. We will check again in ac time to get it pr

Arrived to the customers home to service her humidifier from the install no charge warranty. Got the humidifier cleaned up. Replaced the water panel #35 and tested equipment . Humidifier is back on at this time of service .

Check the wiring connections and the voltages. Checked the pressure gauge and the temperature gauge and looked and inspected for any water leaks. Inspected the heat exchanger and cleaned and cleaned the system igniter. Cleared the water trap and tested and inspected the condensate pump. I tested the unit for combustion and checked the zones for good heat from the supply back to the return . Everything is working fine at this time. Check up on a heat pump system. Checked the air filter and found good , replace in the spring. . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Checked the thermostat in heating mode. Performed an outdoor BTU output for the heat pump. Checked the outdoor unit, wire connections and the voltages. Inspected the components and tested the amps draws for the compressor and the fan motor. The heat pump is in good working order.

Arrived at call for water heater issues. Found unit was in code 103 indicating an error with the lower sensor. Read on Rheems website to reset unit for a proximity 5 minutes and wait for unit to return to normal operation and if issue persists a new sensor has to be installed. Unit did not throw the code after it was reset. Told customer to keep eye on system.

Upon arrival for heat maintenance on heat pump tune up I changed the filter. Checked electrical and wiring and emergency heat kit. Checked blower motor and assembly. Checked delta t. Inspected coils. Checked fan motor and assembly. Checked refrigerant pressures. Forced unit into defrost. Fan motor is noisy and starting to fail. You can hear bearings grinding. Also it is pulling .5 amps and it’s max rated for .6. Capacitor is weak 29.3/30 on compressor side and 4.8/5.0 on fan side. Other than those two items unit is working as designed. Also would recommend leveling unit to prolong compressor life.

Performed heating maintenance, replaced air filter Blew out condensate trap and drain. Cleaned flame sensor, inspected heat exchanger. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, check capacitor ratings, Started gas furnace, tested limit and safety switches, performed combustion test. Checked operation and temperature rise. 116/70 total of 46 degree split. Cycle heater ok add tabs to pump. Customer renew service plan for the gas heat and ac system first floor only.

Performed tune up on Bosch heat pump, ran unit in emergency heat mode, tested heat strips. Indoor coil, and indoor coil. Tested outdoor unit was fully tested including compressor, outdoor fan motor, and refrigerant levels. No issues with Bosch unit. Checked the daiken mini split, tested unit in heating mode and tested temperature split and cleaned filters, tested all electrical and mechanical components in outdoor including compressor and refrigerant levels, no issues with mini split at this time.

Performed tune up on amana gas furnace, ran unit in heating mode. Tested combustion, gas pressure, and blower motor as well as inducer motor. Cleaned and checked flame sensor, hot surface igniter, and checked burners. Changed filter and

Customer is smelling burning smell from the mechanical room. Customer thinks he’s coming from the water heater.. check water heater operation 30 gallon electric two elements top and bottom. Found upper element wire loose, almost not connected to the element. This probably explains why customers running out of hot water check connections on both elements and also check resistance 12 k resistance on each element. Open up junction box at the water heater and found burnt wire connection. Noticed there is another junction box on top of the water heater remove junction box and made a straight connection to water heater. There was enough wire to eliminate junction box. Test operation of water heater provided estimate to replace water heater with same 30 gallon electric new pan, new water sensor and also adding an automatic water shut off.

Arrived for no heat on oil fired boiler. Unit wasn’t getting sufficient fuel. Found nozzle and electrodes were dirty. Replaced the nozzle and clean electrodes and bled the system. Tested system operation and combustion. Everything is back up and running at this time of service collected for diagnostic and service repairs.

Perform six-month inspection trane High-efficiency heat pump system. Replaced 213 air filter. Checked all Electrical connections and components. Check temperature rise. System does not have back up electrical heat. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Heat pump is working fine at time of inspection.

Perform precision heat tuneup on climate master geothermal system. 30 x 36 x 2“ air filter needs to be replaced. Homeowner is going to replace. Checked all electric connections and components. Tested compressor capacitor. Checked water temperature split, which was 6°, which is good. Homeowner provided number 35 humidifier panel, switched out humidifier pad. Check temperature rise on air side of geothermal. Tested humidifier and condensate pump. Heat pump system is working fine at time of service.

Installed new furnace and coil, adapted to supply plenum. Reused return drop and filter rack. Installed new condensate pump and vynal tubing. Ran new lineset to relocated Condenser on concrete pad. Re ran power wire to disconnect. Adapted to gas line CHECKED FOR LEAKS, cleaned work area, tested operation.

Everything is in working order and has been tested. We still need to come back in the spring and check charge too cold right now for accurate readings.

Installation looks good and everything was running according to standards. Only issue was the generator was wired up incorrectly, rewired correctly and tested operation. All dip, switch settings and thermostat settings were correct. System charge and functionality was working properly.

Fully assessed mini split heat pump not heating replaced AAA batteries in thermostat. Checked on system and found air filters very dirty. Washed off with garden hose and checked refrigerant pressures. Refrigerant pressure was 376. And was heating with a 25° temperature rise. Homeowner had installed pioneer mini split system. Himself couplings were made of stainless steel with Teflon tape. But system does seem to be working. Also performed oil tuneup on oil furnace. Replaced .75 x 70 B nozzle replaced 16 x 20 x 1“ air filter. Vacuumed site from inside heat exchanger and chimney base. Smoke pipe is very rusted and starting to fall apart provided estimate to replace pipe And barometric damper assembly. Replaced gar bar spin on oil filter. Performed combustion test. Removed old handler and heat pump, installed new heat pump and air handler, flushed and adapted to lineset, added single point entry kit, installed 20kw heat kit, reused return and adapted to supply, installed condensate pump with ez trap and 3/8 vinyl tubing, added motor surge protector, re used humidifier and filter. Removed old pad and installed new 30x30x3 concrete pad, installed snow legs on unit, installed disconnect with surge protector, connected high and low voltage wiring, cleaned work area and tested out.
