Arrived to location to assess noise from boiler. Customer explained the noise they were experiencing coming from the boiler. It sounds like a motor high-pitched noise. Test operation of oil boiler. Cycle boiler couple times at aqua stat 180 degree water temp. Check pressure ok 18 psi. Could hear a noise coming from the actual boiler when the burner is firing. Noise is not present all the time. Noise is coming from chamber nothing to concern at this time. Inspect chimney base and top of boiler. Check relief valve would recommend replacement of relief valve there was lot of corrosion and buildup. Replaced relief valve and test operation ok. Unit was working fine in heating. I walked through remote operation with homeowner, Mode symbols, fan speed options. The indoor fan may not instant.y respond to a demand for heating based on the fact that he indoor coil needs to get to a designed temperature before the fan will energize Temperature rise 30° She mentioned that she would prefer a wall mounted thermostat if that option is available. I only know of wired options. We will research options. I left estimate for plan membership for this system (Minisplot with 1 indoor head). System was installed NOV 2023
