Job Locations and Reviews
Comfort issues on 2nd and 3rd floors. 2nd and 3rd floors are hotter than first level. Inspected home and found main return on 1st level right above system. There are returns on 2nd and 3rd levels. May be best to seal ductwork and balance system first before zoning or adding ductless.
Discussed goals and concerns with homeowner completed full energy, audit of home, and discussed solutions and next steps. Proposal to follow and then potentially schedule HVAC visit to look at options for the third floor.
The recommendations on this proposal are based upon achieving the comfort goals stated and the site visit on 3/6/24. The line items are prioritized in order of best solving the concerns. We would prefer to complete the full scope of work as recommended but may be able to break it into phases if needed. Please confirm receipt of the proposal and let us know if you have any questions and/or want to schedule any work to be completed.
