Installed thermostat and finished low voltage wiring. Terminated vents outside. Finished 2 return runs in basement. Cut in supply for kitchen and ran flex to trunk. Started furnace and checked operation. Cleaned up work areas.

Performed tuneup on American standard heat pump, ran unit and emergency heat and checked indoor heat strips as well as blower motor and change filter and checked indoor coil. Went to the outdoor unit and checked refrigerant levels and all electrical mechanical components in the outdoor unit, including the outdoor fan motor and compressor, capacitor, and defrost cycle. No issues with unit at this time.

Removed old air handler and A/C outdoor units, installed new A/C outdoor and air handler, adapted to supply and return, installed ez trap and reused condensate pump after cleaning. Removed old pad and added new 36x36x3 concrete pad, installed disconnect, replaced lineset 3/8 and 3/4, cleaned work area, tested out.

Attic system (2nd floor) Gas furnace tuneup. Checked the air filter and replaced and found both good. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Inspected the burners and flame sensor and igniter. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. Inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motor . Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion. everything is in good working order at this time of service. Main system (1st floor) Gas furnace tuneup on a 90% Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Inspected and tested the burners and flame sensor and igniter. Flushed and tested the drain lines and furnace trap . checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. Inspected the flue pipe and fresh air for bellies. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation

Removed old gas furnace, coil and a/c, installed new furnace coil and outdoor, installed new surge protector, flushed lineset, adapted Lineset, adapted return and supply, ran new condensate with ez trap to new condensation pump, adapted gas line and high volt, connected low volt and flues, tested out.

Reviewed jobsite and took photos of boiler and indirect to be removed. Discussed plan for removal and timelines. We are to coordinate with Jesse boiler removal at his home in the next week and removing and installing the other boiler after Thanksgiving. There is a cart we can use to move boiler to front of home from back, and there is a walk out entrance.
