Completed plan member heat tune up for 80,000 BTU propane furnace. Aprilaire 413 filter ok Inspected burners, ignitor, heat exchanger. There is some corrosion on burners as is normal with propane furnaces but not terrible, they are lighting across fine for now. Left estimate to upgrade to stainless steel burners. Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Inspected ignitor and measured correct ohms Confirmed manifold propane pressures Measured temperature rise and static pressure Combustion and draft tests: Pass System is operating well at this time.
Completed heat tune up for 60,000 BTU propane furnace: Replaced 16x25x1 filter Completed humidifier service: new water panel, cleaned housing, set feed valve, tested operations set humidistat to target 35-40% RH Inspected burners, heat exchanger, inducer motor Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Ignitor in good condition, measuring correct ohms The gas valve is opening in high fire only. Left estimate to replace gas valve under parts warranty. Furnace will operate fine however it will be running at high fire only until it is replaced. Measured temperature rise and static pressure Combustion and draft tests: Pass System operating well at this time.

Gas furnace tuneup on 2 furnaces . Checked the air filters and replaced both . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Flushed the drain lines and furnace traps and inspected the condensate pumps on the 1st fl. Inspected the burners and flame sensors and cleaned . Inspected both flue pipes for leaks and bellies. checked the thermostats in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motors. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion on both units . Both furnaces are in good working order at this time of service.

Checked the wiring connections . Checked the pressure gauge and looked and inspected for any water leaks. Inspected and cleaned the heat exchanger and cleaned the system igniter. Inspected the water trap and inspected the condensate pump. Inspected the circulators and piping and all components. Checked the gas pressure and tested the unit for combustion and Everything is working fine at this time.
Check up on a heat pump system. Checked the air filter and replaced , supplied by the customer .Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Checked the thermostat in all heating modes, started with electric heat. Inspected the amps for the heating elements and checked the blower amps and the operation. Took electric heat temps at the return and supply. Performed a outdoor BTU output for the heat pump. Checked the outdoor unit, wire connections and the voltages. Inspected the components and tested the amps draws for the compressor and the fan motor. The heat pump is in good working order.

Flushed the drain lines and furnace traps and inspected the condensate pump. Inspected the burners and flame sensors and cleaned . Inspected the flue pipes for leaks and bellies. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motors. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion on the system. The furnace is in good working order at this time of service.
