Completed heat tune up for 100,000 BTU natural gas furnace: Aprilaire 413 filter in good condition but may need to be replaced 1 time in between this and next tune up. System has EZ trap and pump safety but no wet switch. The rooms near equipment are finished having a wet switch would shut equipment down if water is detected on floor near equipment. Combustion and draft tests: Pass System operating well Homeowners renews plan today.

Drilled test holes for exterior walls and confirmed no insulation in the cavities. Noticed additional wall surface above garage ceiling that we can insulate. Customer also asked if we could dense pack the rear floor bay just like the other one. I will revise the proposal accordingly, and we are tentatively planning on Friday, 12/20 for install.

Discussed goals and concerns with customer, reviewed areas of concern and took measurements and photos, and will build proposal for custom later today and send.

There was hole in line set penetration where yellow jackets were able to get through. The vinyl tubing was partially cracked and broke when I went to work on sealing. I added barb and new piece of vinyl there. Tested pump afterwards. Also noticed a few exposed parts of sheathing at low voltage wire outside. I brought this to homeowners attention. She agreed to wiring repair. I spliced low voltage wire outside and wrapped in electricaltape then wrapped with double layer foam tape. Tested AC briefly to ensure wiring was good. Left estimate to run new vinyl tubing to sump. Sealed hole completely where any gaps were using silicone. Homeowner paid for invoice today.

Upon arrival for maintenance on gas furnace I checked the filter. Cleaned flame sensor. Inspected burners and heat exchanger. Inspected blower motor and assembly. Checked igniter. Turned on unit and checked operation of zone panel and dampers. Checked inducer operation. Checked gas pressures. Checked air temperature rise. Performed combustion test. System is in normal operation at this time.

Gas furnace tuneup. Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the humidifier and set at 35%. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Inspected the burners and flame sensor and igniter. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. Inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motor . Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion. everything is in good working order at this time of service.

Gas furnace tuneup on 2 furnaces . Checked the air filters and replaced supplied by the customer. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Flushed the drain lines and furnace traps and inspected the condensate pumps. Inspected the burners and flame sensors and cleaned . Inspected both flue pipes for leaks and bellies. checked the thermostats in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motors. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion on both units . Both furnaces are in good working order at this time of service. Check the air filter and replaced if needed. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Checked the fan operation and set up on equipment. Checked and inspected the condensate pump and the furnace trap. Checked the gas pressures for high and low fire and inspected the safeties. Checked the blower and inducer amps and looked at system static. Checked and

Perform tuneup on gas fired Goodman, furnace, performed combustion analysis and cleaned and tested flame center as well as hot surface igniter blower motor in inducer motor and pages were recorded as well. Temperature split was taken across unit and gas pressures were taken as well. No issues with unit at this time.

Performed tune up on 7 year old ducane gas furnace. Checked combustion levels and gas pressures as well as cleaned and checked flame sensor and hot surface igniter. Temperature split was taken and filter was changed, amperage was taken for both the blower motor and the inducer motor and the heat exchanger was examined and everything passed all tests and unit is running well at the time of service. Water heater in the basement on the other hand is not in good shape as it’s at the end of its life at 10 years old. The expansion tank for the water heater also has failed and the diaphragm has ruptured allowing water into the air side of the tank. Estimate was given for water heater replacement and customer stated she will have to let us know about replacement.

Completed 6 Month inspection for S9V2 80,000 BTU natural gas furnace. Filter ok; was installed 6/10/24; would replace every 6 months Inspected all aspects of install; Tested system in heating: temperature rise, gas pressures, ignitor ohm value, flame rectification circuit. Inspected wiring and controls, verified control board setting, outdoor tonnage, CFM per ton in cooling, inter stage delay ETC. Also ran system in cooling and verified temperature split. Combustion test: Pass system is operating well at this time.
