Discussed goals and concerns with customer, completed full assessment of home, took photos, measurements, and thermal images to diagnose solutions and build proposal and briefly reviewed big picture and priority with Carolyn. Will also discuss findings and recommendations with Eli and build proposal accordingly.
Reviewed home for potential opportunities to improve comfort and efficiency.
Arrived for water leak. On arrival I went to the basement and visibly could see the pump was not level and was pitched down to the right causing water from the humidifier the pour out onto the floor from the right corner hole of the condensate pump. Float wasn’t active due to the pitch. I reset the pump so it was level back on the supporting screw and the pump immediately began to pump the water out. Also added a clamp to the 3/8 tubing. Everything with the pump is working fine at this time of service.
