Job Locations and Reviews
Perform tuneup on 2 amana gas furnaces, both systems were tested and heating mode and combustion test and gas pressure test were performed. Both systems had the filters changed and all of the related ignition components were checked including cleaning and checking the flame center and hot service igniter, heat exchanger were examined and gas pressure was tested. No issues with units at this time.
Performed tune up on Lennox heat pump, tested unit in emergency heat mode and tested heat strips and indoor blower motor. Temperature split and indoor coil were checked and filter was changed.went to outdoor unit and tested all electrical and mechanical components and tested refrigerant levels. Found the 80 mfd capacitor to be weak and requires replacement. Customer was notified and an estimate was sent. The outdoor fan motor is also making a bearing sound on start up and shut down, he was also notified of that but the motor still tests well electrically. No other Issues found
Performed tune up on carrier gas furnace, checked combustion and gas pressures. Tested temperature split for unit and test blower and inducer motor, flame sensor was cleaned and checked and heat exchanger was examined. Filter was checked and humidifier was cleaned and new pad installed. No issues with unit at this time.
Discussed goals and concerns with customer, completed full assessment of home, built proposal in home and discussed solutions and options at the table, and offered additional discounts to choose us to do the work If she scheduled Today.. Customer said she wanted to review the other quotes she has, and let me know by next Monday if they would like to have us do the work.

Completed tune up for 100,000 BTU natural gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 filter recommend using MERV 8 filters Inspected heat exchanger, burners, inducer assembly and pressure switches Cleaned flame sensor and verified flame rectification circuit Ignitor in good condition, reading proper ohms Confirmed manifold gas pressure Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components: Left estimate for surge protector for furnace. Checked drains and pump. Left estimate for secondary port pan safety switch and EZ trap. Measured temperature rise and static pressure Combustion, draft and smoke tests: Pass System operating well at this time. Homeowner renewed and paid for VIP plan today.

Performed peco heat pump inspection. Check indoor unit back up heat 15 kw ok inspect filter. Supply and return ok. Unit is in closet and front of unit there is water softer, can’t access indoor air handler/blower/coil. Informed customer if they ever have issues with air handler we will not be able to fix problem due to not having access to unit. Checked outdoor heat pump refrigerant levels ok capacitor and contractor ok. Would recommend creating space and make indoor unit serviceable.
