Disconnect and remove Buderes oil boiler and indirect hot water heater from location in Phoenixeville and relocate boiler and indirect to location in Coatesville at 227 Pratts Dam Road. Some parts may be removed as well to utilize in rezoning boiler in new location. Remove oil boiler and hot water heater and dispose of old equipment from Pratts Dam Road. Install Buderes boiler and indirect water heater. Indirect tank will be placed in close proximity to boiler. Reconfigure all piping to include additional zoning for indirect water heater. Run new pex water lines from indirect location to tie into main water supply and hot water lines. There are no guarantees or assurances or warranties of any kind on equipment and materials that will be reused. We will guarantee the installation will be completed in accordance with industry standards and a 2 year warranty will be provided for any work completed by DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company.
Upon arrival I shut the oil off at the tank. I changed the oil filter and nozzle. Cleaned electrodes and repositioned them. Inspected gun chamber. Tested transformer and checked operation of primary control. Inspected heat exchanger, flue, and chimney base. All was very clean, this a good sign unit is burning very well. Assembled unit back together. Checked expansion tank and auto fill. Inspected piping for any signs of leaks or corrosion. Turned unit on and bled air from oil line. Checked draft and performed a smoke test. Performed combustion test. System is performing very well at this time of service.
Electrodes were rounded enough to cause intermittent issues. Showed side by side photo of original electrodes and new. Also checked pump pressure 100psi. I did mention that the pump drops below 50 psi when it cuts off which could mean it is beginning to fail. I also covered a hole on top of blower compartment with foam tape. After replacing electrodes I tested system several times. Draft and combustion tests: Good Homeowner paid in cash.
Fully assessed no heating situation to second-floor bedroom. Kept on furnace and checked the airflow to every room in the house airflow was pretty good except there was no airflow to second floor bedroom. Use camera in the wall and found no air movement from vent vent is disconnected somewhere in the wall. Explain to landlord that the only way to fix this is to open up the wall cavity and reconnect duct. He is more than likely going to install a piece of electric baseboard just for this room instead of doing anything with the ductwork run is working at time of service.

Mentioned that we can add a surge protector for outdoor equipment circuit. Left email estimate. Install passes quality assurance.
Removed oil boiler, capped pipes and oil lines. Installed new air handler and 10kw heat strip in drain pan with wet switch. Connected to existing supply and return plenums. Ran new drain line to outside location with Ez trap. Ran new lineset to new Heat pump installed on risers with new disconnect and surge protector. Installed 60 amp and 40amp breakers, Ran new 8/2 wire from panel to H/P. Ran new 6/2 wire to A/H. Installed new T10 thermostat. Tested unit operation, cleaned up work area.
Perform precision oil tuneup on carrier oil furnace. 20 x 20 x 1“ air filter is clean. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. oil filter is OK. replaced .50 x 70 a nozzle. Found no surge protector on ECM blower motor provided estimate to install ECM search protector. Perform and combustion test oil furnace is working fine again at time of service.
Mini split Q.A. on one head and one outdoor. Checked the air filters and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the unit and the blower operation. Check the fan operation for all speeds and checked the unit in the heating mode operation. Took temps from return side and supply. Checked the outdoor heat pump, wiring connections, and the voltages. Checked the leveling of the unit and disconnect The indoor head and the outdoor heat pump or in good working order.

System it is connected to is thermopride oil furnace with a/c. Ran system in both heating and cooling and showed homeowner how to operate. System is working at time of service.

Unit needs. Barometric damper installed. 11/19/24 When I arrived primary control was in hard lockout. I bled out line and double checked electrode alignment and started furnace. I measured draft without regulator and observed flame, unstable flame. Also inspected masonry chimney for any any obvious obstructions. Chimney is clear. Installed 5” barometric damper and tested furnace operations. There is now consistent draft very close to ideal -.04”. Cycled furnace several times. Combustion and draft and smoke tests: Pass Furnace operating well at this time.
Removed old air handler and heat pump, installed new heat pump and air handler, installed new 3/8 and 3/4 lineset, installed Honeywell T6 thermostat, adapted to supply and return, installed 10kw heat kit, installed condensate pump with ez trap and vinyl tubing, installed motor surge protector. Removed old pad and installed new 30x30x3 concrete pad, installed snow legs, installed disconnect with surge protector, connected high and low volt wiring, cleaned work area and tested out.
Replacement of the Bradford White 50 Gallon Natural Gas Atmospheric Water Heater under Manufacturers Parts Warranty. Pressure Reducing Valve is an additional repair not covered under Warranty. Turned main water supply off to the home, drain down, disconnect, and remove the failed Water Heater. Install a new Water Heater and new Expansion Tank. Complete all piping, gas piping, and exhaust piping connections to the water heater. Before filling water heater we will check the incoming water pressure to the home with a new pressure gauge. If Pressure Reducing Valve has failed we will install a new PRV for the home. Fill water heater and purge system of air. Put into operation and set Water Temperature Control to "Hot" setting. Measure Water Temperature and Water Pressure of the system. Return failed Water Heater to the manufacturer and complete all paperwork for warranty processing. 11/18/24. Pulled thermostat off the wall and got 4 digit code off the back. Added 4 digit code to 1234. Unlocked tstat and turned lock off. Set date and time.
Arrived to the customers home to leaking water heater. Found water on top of the unit panels full expansion tank is failed. All components on the water heater is failed. I believe the PRV valve has failed. My pressure gauge wasn’t working correctly. Will need to check pressure when coming out with new water heater recommend bringing a new PRV Are in the work order for diagnostic for service. I turned the gas off to the water heater and the gas valve.
Arrived for no heat on oil furnace. Proceeded to basement through first floor apartment. The unit is unrepairable. It is an oil furnace from 50s. Furnace and burner is discontinued. Unit has multiple issues. Scott wants a quote to replace system. Will need to follow up Monday. Unit has multiple issues and Joe will take a look at it.
Arrived for no heat on oil fired boiler. Found return and supply we’re not really getting too hot circulator is running, found feeder not working correctly went up bled radiators when coming back downstairs to check the heat her extrol 30 tank had a pinhole in it and blew out the side and was leaking water. I Shut the boiler down . I gave the customer a quote for a new auto feed , Tank 30 and a boiler relief. Customer approve the repairs , I got approval from the office to do the work. Jim brought out all equipment for me to finish the work. Jim stayed and helped for a bit . Once the feeder expansion tank and relief was in I turned the boiler back on and bled the waterlines and bled radiators . everything‘s back up and running and heating like normal . Arrived at No heat call for Goodman heat pump turn unit on, but unit would not respond to any commands from the thermostat. Opened unit up and found the wire off of the breaker disconnect was completely melted to the contactor in the back that runs the unit showed customer what was going on and gave her options on repair she agreed to replace the contactor and rewire the unit, unit was fully tested after repair with no other issues found, customer was offered service agreement but denied
