Replacement of blower motor and drain furnace trap with hoses. After replacement of blower motor perform safety test on furnace combustion results were not as stable as soon as the blower motor comes on you can see flames dancing, and also movement on monoxide levels flue pipe. High co and low co2. These numbers indicate there is a breech on heat exchanger. Performed smoke test and unit failed test. System has been red tagged, repairs are needed for system to be working in safe mode. Called land lord and explained situation. emailed estimate for repairs. Heat exchanger will be under parts only warranty customer is responsible for labor and processing fees. Other parts are non warranty. Office to follow up to customer.

Performed 2 heating maintenance on gas furnace and 1 minisplit heat maintenance, called for heat at thermostats. System came on performed combustion test, checked gas line for leaks, inspected duct work, checked temp rise, checked filters both 413 ok at the this time. Checked drain and checked pressure switches, inspected inducer motor, inspected blower compartment, clean sensor and inspected igniter, tested and checked gas valve and pressure, inspected burner assembly and heat exchanger, system is running at the time of service Checked outdoor unit to mini split, voltage and lineset insulation checked. Clean filter and also outdoor coil for mini split. Service and replace pad for humidifier set to winterb35%.

Estimate for boiler mainly and 2 other heat pumps in future

Perform tuneup on Goodman, gas furnace, checked combustion and gas pressures as well as checked temperature split across unit. All related ignition components were checked, including cleaning flame sensor and checking hot surface igniter. Heat exchanger was examined and is in good shape. The only issue I found was with the inducer motor, making a whining sound due to the bearings beginning to fail, an estimate attach for replacement of motor and lead was set for customer to get a price on a new system. She wants a heat pump gas furnace combination. Customer is also having the same issue. She was before with the ductwork banging on the return side tech who came up before strap the front of the unit with S Clete, but the backside of the ductwork closest to the chimney is now making noise.

No heating call upon arrival talk to tenant tenant just moved in this past April. He described that he tried to use the air conditioning and nothing worked now heat won’t work either. After troubleshooting found out that the blower motor is shot seized no longer working. System is currently on high limit safety lock out. I did perform a visual inspection on all the major components there seems to be broken drain hoses for furnace drain. Inspect heat exchanger and noticed lot of massive rust and corrosion. Current furnace is from 2005. Will recommend getting an estimate to upgrade unit. I will also provide estimate for repairs. Customer needs to be aware that once we get furnace running there could potentially other parts that will need replace.

Service humidifier with #35 pad. Perform precision heat tuneup on carrier, high-efficiency Furnace. Replaced 16 x 25 x 1” air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Clean flame sensor. Check pressure. Performed combustion test. Left estimate to install Apco UV air purifier. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service.

Found failed thermostat . Replaced with Honeywell t-4 programmable thermostat. Also perform precision oil boiler tuneup. Replaced RF two oil filter. Replaced nozzle. Vacuum suit from heat exchanger and smoke pipe. Strainer. Performed smoke and combustion test oil boiler is working fine at time of service.

Upon arrival for gas valve replacement and maintenance on basement unit I shut gas and electrical off to system. I removed the old gas valve from the unit. I then replaced the gas valve with factory oem gas valve. Turned gas lines back on and checked the connections for gas leaks. I inspected the burner and heat exchanger. I cleaned the flame sensor. Blew out the drain. Checked blower capacitor, blower motor and assembly. Checked the air filter. Turned the system on and set single stage gas valve pressure to 3.5” w.c. Checked operation of inducer motor. Checked air temperature rise. Performed a combustion test. Unit is in normal operation at this time.
