Arrived at call for water leak and found humidifier was set to 50% and running nonstop pad in the humidifier was very deteriorated and clogged the bottom orifice that allows it to drain and overflow into the return duct and then onto the floor, customer shown what was going on and Given options for repair both humidifiers were serviced and pads replaced and cleaned out. System was not communicating with outdoor. Waited 10 minutes and no dc voltage was being sent outside. Reset power and unit kicked on and is operating normal. No charge per management.
