Performed peco heat tuneup on 23 year-old Arco air heat pump. Checked all electrical connections and components. Found indoor coil completely kept with dirt and at this point cleanable unless refrigerant would be pumped back into outdoor unit and removed. Also found lots of bacterial growth inside air handler. Capacitors at outdoor unit are rusted and weak. Compressor is also noisy. Only recommendation at this point due to inefficiencies of r-22 heat pump is to replace heat pump system. Also found outdoor unit breaker in the off position when we arrived. Set up appointment to have someone come out to give replacement estimate.

Pleasant and professional service. Explained all questions
It was a pleasure to meet with Tony Fiore today to review options and pricing for the replacement of our attic AC unit.
For the past five years we have been trying to figure out why our heat pump and oil furnace backup is not synching properly. We have had many technicians from at least 3 different companies (including the one that sold us the heat pump!) come out to try to fix it. The team at DiBiase was the first to figure out that the thermostat was the issue. From the communication with the office staff, to the technicians who came out, this was a great experience for us.
The crew did a very thorough and clean setup of our new tankless water heater. Very pleased with the work performed.

A very positive experience from scheduling through job completion. Communication with the office staff is friendly and thorough, and they really seem to care about their customers. And our technician - Tim Martone - has been consistently excellent. He really knows his stuff, but takes the time to explain issues, and never seems frustrated by a question or problem, or rushed for time. Top notch.

Technician Nathan was on time, friendly & efficient.
Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.
Our service has always been favorable with DiBiase. One thing I can't stomach is the constant trying to sell us stuff we don't need at an overpriced price. I haven't experienced this with DiBiase. Only negative is on 2 consecutive occasions our maintenance appointments needed to be rescheduled. Not the worst thing that can happen but an inconvenience nont the less. Luis, was our technicain on our recent visit. He was actually early but I was contacted by dispatch to ask if an earlier arrival was OK. He performed a thorough maintence check of our gas furnace, reviewed some thermostat features that may be beneficial to us in the future.
Hello Donna! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you’ve had positive service overall and appreciate your feedback about scheduling. Your input helps us get better, and we look forward to serving you again!

The technician called promptly after I made the initial contact. He arrived in a timely fashion as per his ETA. He was able to quickly and expertly identify and resolve the issue. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
Professional and respectful. System is running perfectly. Can't ask for anything better.
Great service!
Prompt, professional, and clean. We will recommend to others.
THE EXPENSE (ALMOST $200) FOR 2 SMALL PARTS) SEEMS TO BE MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE. WE ARE RETIRED PEOPLE THAT FEEL THIS IS MORE THAN. REASONABLE.
We had an excellent experience with our Fall heating check. DiBiase had very good communication. Tim, the technician was on time, well organized, knowledgeable and friendly. He was a great representative of the company.
