Performed precision a/c tune up on (2) Bosch heat pump systems. Replaced 20x25x5 (provided by homeowner). Replaced 18x20x1 air filter. Provided estimate to install (2) x13 surge protectors. Also provided estimate for whole house dehumidifier . ( to be set in drain pan behind 1st floor system). Checked temperature split. Checked all readings at outdoor units. Moved up strap in crawlspace for crawl space air handler due to duct work sagging. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Both heat pumps are working at time of service.

Completed AC tune up for 2.5 Ton Trane AC system 16x25x4 filter recently replaced Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; cleared EZ trap, tested pump; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. Had discussion that equipment is getting close to replacement age. This is a Hershey mills location. All but the main gate now has an additional gate and are NOT accessible for anyone who does not have a cards

Installed new Trane indoor air handler in existing location in a new auxiliary drain pan on new 6 inch snow legs. Adapted to both supply and return duct work. Installed new condensate pump, ez trap, wet switch and adapted to vinyl tubing. Installed new New Honeywell prestige kit with thermostat, redlink gateway and outdoor sensor. Installed new Trane Heat Pump I’m existing location on a new concrete pad. New disconnect with a built in surge protector. Flushed old lineset, brazed with nitrogen, pressure tested to 350 psi, vacuum down the lineset, and charged to the length of lineset. Tested system out works good at time off completion. Adjust charge in warmer weather.

Removed old oil furnace and heat pump. Installed new oil furnace and coil, adapted to existing metal. Replaced condensate pump, switch and receptacle, ran new lineset and drain lines. Pulled new tstat wire installed new ecobee thermostat. Installed new heat pump on risers, new concrete pad, and disconnect with surge protector. Preformed all test out procedures. Explained system to customer. Job is complete come back during QA to dial in pressures.

PECO heat pump tune up. 4 Ton Heat pump with 15KW electric heat kit, Homeowner mentioned that they had a $900 bill this winter. There is currently no lockout for electric heat use. There is an EIM with heating Honeywell communicating thermostat. There are terminals for outdoor temperature s major n the EIM and there ar extra conductors outside at outdoor equipment that can be use with an outdoor temperature sensor. Can be wired and then the thermostat can be configured to lock out electric heat above 40° or 45°. Left estimate for this. The other thing to do would be to install WiFi T10 thermostat with new EIM Left email estimate for this as well. Replaced filter media 20x20x1 electrostatic filter. Homeowner orders and stocks them. Inspected drains, there is a wet switch and pump safety but I also recommend installing EZ trap with float/overfill protection. Left estimate Checked wiring, controls, electric motors. Nest thermostat not working. Found defective thermostat provided estimate to replace thermostat. Customer will buy it on thermostat and install it.

Perform AC tuneup check electrical connections, low and high voltage’s replace air filter test ez trap. Check drain ok supply and return air ok check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures and levels ok. Check capacitor and contactor values ok. Amp draw on compressor ok. Customer is aware about bacteria protection, and service protection. We could provide estimate if customer is interested.

Reviewed home with Jim in areas he is looking to condition, the basement and the breezeway. Will create and send estimate for spaces.

Perform AC tuneup on a 2.5 ton Goodman AC unit check electrical low and high voltage connections replace customer supply air filter 313 flush drain add tabs check airflow supply and return air ok. Check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and electronic contactor ok cycle ac unit ok. Amp draw and voltages ok. Emailed estimate for items mentioned during today’s visit.

Will move heat pump to side of house re- using existing pad and heat pump system. Linset is 7/8x3/8” . Will run approximately 25’ of line set. Maurice to open up ceiling to run in bay. Maurice will also re locate electric to left side of home using exsisting disconnect. Dibiase to run 18/8 wire approximately 25’. All refrigerant will need to be recovered and new 410 a refrigarant added in. Pressure tested and vacuumed down bellow 500 microns. Full refrigerant charge added back in and test operation. Maurice to remove tree on side of home and move high voltage before us returning to perform work.

Perform AC tuneup on Amana inverter system, check electrical connections, low and high voltage’s replaced air filter, flush drain add tabs to the pan. Check supply and return air temperatures went outside and checked refrigerant levels and pressures. Check inverter board all electrical connections look good. Cycle ac unit ok provided estimate to install Apco x air purifier with extra uv bulb customer approved recommendation install new apco X air purification system during today’s visit. Added transformer and 3 amp fuse in line. Went over system with customer.

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found t-87 for 1st floor heating loop turned up to 80 degrees. Went downstairs to oil boiler and found it to be a 2 zone system. Checked for 24 v to complete the call on 1st floor zone head valve. Did not have 24v. Took thermostat off the wall and jumped out red and white. Found failed zone head valve. Had zone head valve on the truck. Gave homeowner an estimate to replace zone head. Homeowner decided to go with repair , he is not sure if he is going to replace the system any time soon. Checked baseboards on the 1st floor to make sure everything was getting hot. Boiler is 19 years old and would recommend replacement. Oil boiler is working at time of service.

Installed 2 ton Bosch Air handler with 10kw electric heat on custom return box in new drain pan. New 24x10 return drop and AA 2410 filter rack. Flushed lineset, installed new 3 ton Bosch heat pump on risers and new pad with voltage monitoring disconnect. Installed new custom supply plenum. Added new condensate pump, EZ trap, wet switch and wired all safeties. Ran vinyl tubing to indoor discharge behind washer. Checked operation of equipment. Cleaned up work area, went over system with customer. Job is complete

Set new unit on new return box and adapted to Supply and return ducts. Adapted lineset to new unit. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit it. Wired all safeties in series to break 24v R call to thermostat. Ran new cond3nsate drain with ez trap safety switch to new condensate pump with new Vinyl running to point of indoor discharge. Set new unit on new pad and leveled. Hung new disconnect on wall. Adapted to lineset. Brazed pressure tested evacuated and charged system. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Performed all test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with homeowner.

Completed AC tune up for 4 ton Amana heat pump/oil hybrid system Mr Venuto stocks and replaces filters. Aprilaire 416 in good condition. Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protector for indoor blower motor. Outdoor equipment has surge protector Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; cleared EZ trap, tested pump; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. Homeowner paid for AC tune up. I left estimate for plan membership.

PECO Air Sealing and Insulation Project * Perform blower door test and calculate target for the home. * Install rafter vents at attic roofline to ensure ventilation is not negatively impacted by adding insulation. * Move insulation and air seal attic plane with single part spray foam and place insulation back into place. * Add more insulation into attic space with blown in insulation to achieve desired value of R-49. * Perform duct sealing for all accessible ductwork in anttic area including register boots. * Perform test out blower door test to validate results from air sealing.

Per Tune up on Amana air conditioner, tested indoor blower and cleaned and checked drains and temperature split. Tested outdoor refrigerant Levels, capacitor, and all electrical and mechanical components. No issues with system at this time.

Performed precision a/c tune up on amana heat pump system. Replaced aprilaire 413 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Found 40/5 capacitor is weak tested at 37/5. Explained to homeowner that is is under 5% of the value and it should be replaced. Customer decided to replaced capacitor. Replaced under part warranty only. Checked temperature split. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c system is working fine at time of service.

Found wiring incorrect at thermostat and set up on new google nest thermostat. When giving the system a call for heating it was running in a/c. Found o wire not in the right terminal. Re wired thermostat and set up correctly now is coming on correctly for heating and cooling. Also performed precision peco heat pump tune up. Found very rusted and corroded evaporator coil. Checked temperature rise. Inspected condensation drain. Checked 410a refrigerant pressures on 2010 Payne heat pump. Found refrigerant pressures were 364/97 and head pressure continued to climb. Possible refrigerant restriction. Due to being 15 years old repairs are not worth it would recommend replacing heat pump system. Customer also had some high electric bills. Also inspected water heater and found failed bladder on st5 expansion tank. Set up appointment to have someone come out to give a replacement estimate.

Replaced water heater. Installed new Rheem 50 gallon NG WH with new drain pan, expansion tank, shutoff valve, and water alarm. Checked all joints for leaks, Checked all gas connections for leaks. Cleaned work area, job is complete.

Looked over job to perform work to move Bosch unit from back to left side . Provided estimate to perform work.
