Check up on a heat pump system. Checked the air filter and found good , left a filter on hand . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Checked the thermostat in heating mode . Inspected the amps for the blower amps and the operation. Performed an outdoor BTU output for the heat pump. Checked the outdoor unit, wire connections and the voltages. Inspected the components and tested the amps draws for the compressor and the fan motor. The heat pump is in good working order.

Performed tune up on spirit oil fired furnace, checked units blower and burner assembly, changed filter, nozzle and strainer, purge line of air and ran burner and tested combustion, no issues with unit at this time.

Upon arrival for heat maintenance on heat pump tune up I changed the filter. Checked electrical and wiring and emergency heat kit. Checked amps on em heat kit and blower motor. Checked blower motor and assembly. Checked delta t. Inspected coils. Checked fan motor and assembly. Checked refrigerant pressures. Forced unit into defrost. Unit is in normal operation at this time.

Reviewed old boiler setup and radiation in home for replacement. Bethany would like to move boiler from other home over to this home. Need to confirm sizing and information from other boiler before quoting a price for work.

Dropped off a 18x30x1 Air Filter and left between the screen door and the front door. Customer was not home at this time. No additional follow up needed.

Arrived to the customers home to drop off an air filter 18x20x1 , left on the front porch.

Upon arrival I checked filter. I cleared the drain. I inspected coils. I checked electrical. I checked blower motor and assembly. I checked delta t. I checked fan motor and assembly. Checked inverter board. Unit is in normal operation at this time.

Unit has bad module on blower motor. Motor will need to be replaced.

Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high voltage connections ok replaced air filter 413. flushed drain test pump ok, check airflow supply and return air ok blower motor ok flush drain test pump ok adjust airflow to achieve better performance from system. outdoor unit refrigerant pressures levels ok check inputs and voltages ok. System is working properly.

Checked the a/c side of the system. Checked the air filter and found good . Inspected the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the coil pan and the condensate drain line and inspected the condensate pump. Checked the blower motor condition and checked static pressure and amp draws . Checked the outdoor unit pressures by using super heat and sub cool methods. Inspected the capacitor and checked the amperage for the fan motor and the compressor. Checked the indoor cooling splits at the return and the supply. The a/c system is working fine at this time of service. Recommended a water safety easy trap and a dual capacitor.
