Fully assessed cracked heat exchanger diagnosis by other company. Found furnace in operation when I arrived. Performed combustion test and performed inspection with camera. Found crack in heat exchanger. Explained to homeowner why this is dangerous. Gave homeowner option to ether replace heat exchanger and run the risk of another part failure to where replacement would make sense. Explained to him that a furnace replacement could be in the range of $8,000 to $10,000. Where the heat exchanger was already quoted by our office. Locked out and tagged out system. Homeowner said he will give us a call with his decision.

First time customer referred by a friend at work. Called DiBiase Heating and Cooling at 8am to help me get my furnace back working properly on a cold December day. They sent me emails and text messages to communicate flawlessly. The technician Dan texted me prior to arriving 2 hours earlier than expected and quickly diagnosed the problem. Dan is easy to understand and serviced our furnace at a very fair price! Definitely would use DiBiase again.

Great service
On a very hot day (90+ degrees) when our generator functioned but was not providing air conditioning during a 20-hour electrical outage, Kurt was so pleasant and personable and diagnosed and explained to us the problem was in the generator’s connection box to the air conditioner.
