Upon arrival found thermostat was off due to easy trap switch. Performed maintenance on AC system. Cleared clogged from drain line and ran 2 gallons of water through it. Changed homeowner provided 20 x 25 x 4 air filter. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Inserted treatment tablets in drain pan at homeowners request. Cycled system in cooling. Checked static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Checked for refrigerant pressures and temperature. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Inspected electrical connections and components on outdoor unit. system operating appropriately at this time supplying an appropriate temperature drop.

Checked the AC side of the system for the main house . . Checked air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service. Mini split tuneup on 2 heads and one outdoor. Checked the air filters and cleaned. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the unit and the blower operation cleaned if necessary. Check the fan operation for all speeds and checked the unit in cooling mode operation. Took temps from return side and supply. Checked the outdoor heat pump, wiring connections, and the voltages. Checked the combined amps for

Checked both of the larger units on the roof. Ran both units in heat to add some load to the space then ran one circuit on one unit at at time and checked all electrical and mechanical components for the refrigeration system, tested superheat and sub cool values for both systems and found no issues with the charge. Both systems are r22 refrigerant.

I returned to fix the incorrect piping. Everything is correct now and the system is heating.

Customer called in for not enough hot water, we recently installed new indirect tank to an existing Bosch boiler. Check all piping connections domestic and boiler side. By looking at the tank connections, we piped the tank on reverse. This could explain why water is not getting as hot. We will need to come back and swap piping for both side domestic and boiler side. Office to follow up with customer next week.
Great Service!! Fast, pinpointed problem, diBiase followed up fast and installed the necessary fix

Arrived to put in customers new ST12 expansion tank that I found failed from Thursday. We need to replace his tank to further test boiler pressure to see if the actual indirect is bad or not . I removed the failed ST12 tank and replaced with new. I turned the water back on and tested the equipment . I did find that my boiler pressure was still rising causing the unit to relieve pressure. He will need a new indirect tank . I quoted the customer for a new tank he approved .

Arrived on a water leak . Customer has a Bosch hydronic boiler that was blowing off at the relief. Found boiler expansion tank was fine did have 30 psi was able to release to 18 psi . Auto feed seems ok. I shut the auto feed off and the boiler was turned off I was still building pressure on the boiler . Eventually I found on the indirect tank that tied into a Bradford white electric hot water heater . amtrol ST12 failed it was water logged that would explain my pressure issue . Customer has water off until we can come back with the expansion tank .

Completed quality assurance for Bosch inverter system. Inspected all aspects of install: mechanical, wiring, controls, ductwork connections, drain and pump Measured temperature rise in heating. Verified electric heat amp draw 60A 15KW Good. Air handler breaker 90A GE Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Install passes quality assurance inspection. A smart thermostat would allow for 2 stage blower speed operation and to allow for control of electric heat operation based on outdoor temperature. Which will result in savings. Left estimate for smart (WiFi) thermostat.

Joe showed up to the job but did not have access due to not having the lock box code.

Performed inspection of four carrier rooftop units, unit 4 the closest unit to the roof hatch has a cracked heat exchanger and a noisy inducer motor, the burners are also shot and should be replaced. Unit 2 is the unit closest to the main road and needs new burners and everything else is in decent shape, units 1 and 3 have no outstanding issues but all four need a cleaning and preventative maintenance badly as they are quite dirty and all have compacted coils for the ac system. Unit 4 was shut down due to the heat exchanger failure and needs to be addressed before being recommissioned. Customer stated the entire floor plan is going to be changed and wants all of the units to last 10 years and I told him there’s no way in the shape and age they are in. He wants a quote for all four to get replaced and for ductwork modifications, I contacted Joe about a follow up visit for him to go over the systems with the customer and give him options. Card was charged 189$ per system for 4 separate s

After interviewing several other Heating and Air Conditioning Services we chose Dibiase to do our very complicated system with 4 Condensers outside, 2air handlers, and two separate systems forced air. All went well on the first call where the technicians went over each system and fine tuned it all.
Enjoyed meeting the guys, they really knew their stuff. Looking forward to working with them.
DiBiase / Garrett and Brian were timely and diagnosed our no heat issue. Thank You!
Excellent service
