Job Locations and Reviews

I arrived to the customer’s home for noise from the indoor unit . She said when the unit shuts down she here’s a metallic bang sound. I found when I was putting the metal frame filter back in the unit I put it in above the guided rails which was causing the filter to lift and drop . I moved the air back in the guided grooves and retested the system operation. Everything is working fine at this time of service. No charge for today recall .

I arrived to re check the customer’s oil furnace , she thought it might be leaking again . I found everything was fine no oil leak in the blower cabinet , or in the actual burner assembly. Did have some oil residue on some wires I then wiped off . The block that sits under the furnace still had some oil saturation from before. I powdered the block again. She doesn’t want us to use bleach or any sprays to disinfect the block. The smell will eventually go away . No charge for today .

Arrived to the customer’s home to bleed his oil boiler . I turned the system on and reset the burner . Bled the oil and relieved all air from the oil line . Closed the oil port and the burner fired up . Customer paid for 84.15 I did tell him that there is an extra charge for priming the oil burner . He said he was told it was only 84.15 . Ok per office to charge 84.15 but if this happens again there will be extra charges for the priming of the oil.

Customer still had an oil smell after we came and sealed up the flue ports . On my arrival, there was a strong smell of oil. Found some oil pudding in the blower cabinet and on the access panels . This is caused from a nozzle blow back , a crack in the assembly, or loose nozzle. I believe the nozzle was defective. I replaced the nozzle and adjusted the electrodes and cleaned up all the oil . I powdered the concrete areas that had some oil marks and sprayed some deodorizer . I bled and tested the system operation and monitored for any oil leaks. Customer is back up and running the system cycled 3 tomes for me no oil leaks. The customer is aware that there will still be some residual oil smell may take a few days.

Inspected entire system and found the tape plugging the test hole for combustion had fallen off, I then used rtv silicone to plug the hole and tested the furnace and ensure the smell coming from the unit was taken care of. Showed customer issue and how I resolved it and she was ok with the repair.
Fantastic service, as always!

Check up on a heat pump system. Checked the air filter and replaced , supplied by the customer. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Checked the thermostat in all heating modes, started with electric heat. Inspected the amps for the heating elements and checked the blower amps and the operation. Took electric heat temps at the return and supply. Performed a outdoor BTU output for the heat pump. Checked the outdoor unit, wire connections and the voltages. Inspected the components and tested the amps draws for the compressor and the fan motor. The heat pump is in good working order.

Performed tune up on Bosch heat pump, ran unit in emergency heat mode, tested heat strips and checked indoor blower motor and coil. Went to outdoor unit and tested all electrical and mechanical components, including compressor, refrigeration, levels, and fan motor as well as inverter condition. No issues with unit at this time, went into attic and spent about 25 minutes clear across the attic to locate the proper vent that goes in the wall, flex duct goes into very narrow wall about 3 inches wide so the flex up is smashed and is not allowing the proper airflow, customer would have to tear the wall up to run a new line. He said he will let us know what he wants to do.

Performed tune up on Amana gas furnace, checked unit in heat mode and tested combustion and gas pressure. Checked inducer motor, blower motor, hot surface igniter, temperature split, and checked and cleaned flame sensor. Customer replaced his own air filter and no issues were observed with furnace at this time.

Found zone board had a call from both thermostats . 27 volts between c&w. Found no power coming thru zone board to equipment side of zone board. Flexed electronic board inside and board then sent 27 v thru board and turned on furnace. Explained to homeowner that the zone board was failing and needed to be replaced. Called our office and had zone board ran out to job. Installed new zone board and tested operation. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Removed old air handler and heat pump, installed new heat pump and air handler, Flushed lineset, installed single point entry and 15kw heat kit, built new supply plenum and return drop, installed motor surge protector, installed 30x60 drain pan, 115V condensate pump with ez trap, wet switch, and vinyl tubing. Removed old pad and installed new 30x30x3 concrete pad, installed disconnect with surge protector, installed snow legs under unit, connected high and low volt wiring, cleaned work area and tested out.
Our heat went out last night (10 degrees), DiBiase responded in a very proactive way. Nathan Burkhardt was sent to us and diagnosed the problem (clogged humidifier line) and got our heat back online by that early afternoon! Thank you!

Great Service Call, ready for summer!!
Professional and helpfil
After interviewing several other Heating and Air Conditioning Services we chose Dibiase to do our very complicated system with 4 Condensers outside, 2air handlers, and two separate systems forced air. All went well on the first call where the technicians went over each system and fine tuned it all.
Enjoyed meeting the guys, they really knew their stuff. Looking forward to working with them.
DiBiase / Garrett and Brian were timely and diagnosed our no heat issue. Thank You!
