Reviewed spaces with Wayne. Outdoor temperature is at 24 degf. Found rooms between 55 and 60 degf. There is no insulation in ceiling. Minimum wall insulation. Door seals are worn. Wayne will get door company to look at doors. Would like estimate for adding 10 inch of insulation.

dropped off inducer motor for Stock

When I arrive found thermostat set to 65° but only at 59° in the space. Found fan setting on thermostat only on the first bar. Increased to three bars on fan high. Let system run. Thermostat then did come up to 62 while I was there. Also, there is a pretty big gap in the doors to the garage that needs weatherstripping installed. This is also greatly affecting how much cold air is coming into the space. Also perform quality assurance on Mitsubishi cassette Mini split system. Checked over wiring. Check temperature rise. Check to make sure outdoor unit was level. Tested system operation. Heat pump is working fine at time of service.

Turn power supply off to the Carrier Furnace. Disconnect and remove the failed Inducer Motor Assembly. Install a new OEM Inducer Motor Assembly. 2/13/25. Fully assessed no heating situation. Found blower motor locking up when giving a call for heat. Called distributor and found they had in stock. Our warehouse guy to run out part to complete repair. Installed new blower motor and tested operation. Checked temperature rise and performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service.

Gas furnace tuneup. Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Inspected the burners and flame sensor and igniter. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. Inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motor . Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion. everything is in good working order at this time of service.

Fully assessed gas leak situation. Gas manifold is in pool pump shed, which is being corroded by chlorine and chemicals. Wayne would like us to look into possibly galvanized fittings or Use black iron again and put an anti-corrosion coating on the fittings if possible. found gas leak at 2 1/2 inch brass ball valve. Took photos of manifold. Need to come up with a repair cost and look into different fitting options. shut off gas for now.

Replace failed gas valve and test operation. 2/13/25. Installed new gas valve and tested operation. Checked for any leaks after valve was installed no leaks found. Adjusted gas pressure to correct settings down to 3.5 w.c. And tested operation. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service

Removed old ceiling mount indoor unit, installed new cassette unit. Adapted to condensate, Installed new outdoor unit on new pad and risers with new disconnect and surge protector.

Customer had issues with heater, some times would not stayed lit, other times igniter would not glow. Test operation found flame sensor dirty and igniter reading high resistance, provided estimate for Replacement of igniter and cleaning flame sensor. Customer approved repairs, test operation and cycle heater ok customer signed up for service plan. We will contact customer to schedule heat tune up.

Performed tune up on Weil McLain oil boiler that was converted to gas, unit had to be cleaned like an oil boiler so entire top plate was removed and heat exchanger was swept and vacuumed out, after cleaning was dint the combustion was around 4 thousand parts per million so I had to shut the unit off and we will have to come back to see what’s going on with the burner, gas pressure was normal but my analyzer stopped working due to very high co.
