Check electrical connections and components, low and high voltage, replace all air filters, flush drains and test condensate pumps inspect coils, airflow, blower motors, and wheels. Check outdoor units refrigerant levels and pressures. Capacitor and contactor. Found all systems with no surge protection. Dining room unit is running low on refrigerant. As right now still cooling. Cycled systems in cooling and proceeded to outdoor units. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Inspected electrical connections and components on outdoor units. Inspected evaporator coil’s and condenser fan assemblies. Both systems are operating a properly at this time supplying an appropriate temperature drop. Collected payment for condensate treatment.

Performed QA on Single Head Ductless unit. Homeowner mentioned that it worked great except yesterday and today it did not warm the room up in the morning. Went through system and ran in heating and cooling modes. Checked wiring and cleaned air filters. Poured water through condensation drain to make sure it was draining. Reviewed Remote control operation with homeowner. Found that where she keeps the controller the signal does not get to the indoor unit so it is not actually changing the temperature. Showed her how to use the controller and that the indoor unit will beep anytime a change is made to indicate is received the signal. System is operating to standards at this time. Completed checklist form in system. No additional follow up needed.
