Check the air filter and found good , I did service the customer’s humidifier 600 and set at 35%. Checked all wiring connections on the board. Inspected the oil filter the strainer and the nozzle and replaced. Check the electrodes and set for proper firing operation and inspected and cleaned the flue pipe and heat chamber. Flue pipe didn’t have a damper , recommended in estimates. Tested the unit for smoke and checked combustion and draft. Checked my supply and return temps , and walked the unit to be sure there are no oil leaks . The oil side of the system is working at this time of service. Starting to be inefficient at 78.3% . Recommended furnace in the near future

Arrived for blower motor sound issue. Removed blower and housing from furnace. I did notice that the belly band was not 100% concentric around the motor so I fixed this. Made sure set screw and screws that anchor the band to motor are tight as well. This didn’t solve issue. I noticed at 100% fan speed it does not noisy. I informed managememt. We will order new wheel and motor. Estimate is for labor only. System installed 6/17/21 Collected for complete invoice: diagnostics and labor only today.

Return visit to replace blower motor and module for first floor system also run a new 8/2 wire from electrical panel to first floor air handler with a new 40 amp double pole breaker. Test operation of system ok. During same visit performed heat pump tuneup on both system first and second floor. Check electrical connections and components inspect air filters. Customer needs to replace box filters for both units test electric heat back up 7.5 kw for first floor 7.5 kw for second floor. Check supply and return air temperatures static pressure. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels, capacitors OK motors and controls. Cycle heat pumps ok. First floor unit was low on refrigerant provided estimate to add refrigerant to the system. Customer approved adding refrigerant after adding refrigerant. System is now running at 19° split temperature rise on heat mode. On second floor unit refrigerant levels or are OK. I found air handler electric heater to be 7.5 kw and has 10/2 wire with 30 amp breaker

Set new boiler on existing concrete pad in basement. Adapted water feed line to new boiler. Adapted return piping to boiler including new circulator pump. Adapted supply piping to new boiler. Made all high and low voltage connections to boiler. Adapted oil line to new beckett burner assembly. Replaced oil filter and inspected for leaks. L installed new smoke pipe from boiler to chimney including new draft famper. Performed all test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with home owner.

Felt cool air from vent . After looking over the system for the 1st floor, I found the system to be working properly, they have heat pump with gas back up. I did test both heat sources . They had before just straight a/c . I explained the difference in temps with the heat pump and the gas furnace. With the colder temps and when the heat pump was running the air isn’t as hot as the gas furnace. It will feel cool to the touch.

First floor, propane furnace not working properly customer has to come down every once in a while and reset power and then everything starts working again. Found system running upon arrival check any error codes on history found couple no ignition and outside blower motor limits. Inspect flame sensor igniter, pressure switches found burners corroded on the end cones, cleaned burners. System came on with no issues during entire troubleshooting. even know problem is not showing at this time. Will recommend replacement of burners. Inform customer before he turns power off to look at the error code on the computer. Provided estimate to replace OEM warranty burners or stainless steel burners aftermarket. Filtered blocked 100% replaced air filter.

First floor heat pump it’s not working properly upon arrival. Talk to customer about the issue. He noticed that the heat pump comes in for a few minutes and then shut off. System is fully communicated. Check any error codes on the unit error codes are showing unit shore cycling either low pressure or high pressure. Notice that the blower was not running while there was a call for heat pump heat. Once the thermostat cost for auxiliary heat, the blower started to run. When on the thermostat settings and put thermostat to testing mode test air condition conditioning side outside. Unit comes on but lower does not start. Try to do the same thing with regular heat lower does not start. Test emergency heat blower comes on. Test fan from test mode and come on. After taking to tech support they recommend replacement of motor and module. Provide estimate for repairs also as I was troubleshooting the unit noticed that the air handler has a 7.5 KW electric heater with 10/2 wire running from the

Performed tune up on Mitsubishi electric mini split with two heads. Checked temperature split, filters and fan motor. Went to outdoor unit and checked refrigerant levels, and electrical components for the outdoor unit. Tested heat pump section in. The main house, tested heat strips, blower motor and indoor coil. Tested all electrical components in the outdoor including refrigerant levels and compressor. Tested gas furnace in basement and checked combustion, gas pressure, and all related ignition components. Only issue I found was with the mini split heads needing to be cleaned
