Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival I went to boiler and tested aquastat while it was running. I shut the unit down and removed burners and cleaned them. Cleaned thermocouple and blew out pilot tube. Inspected heat exchanger, flue, and chimney base. Assembled unit back together. Drained expansion tank and tested auto fill. Checked water pressure on unit and Tool gauge. Inspected piping for any signs of leaks or corrosion. Circulator pump is in pretty bad shape but no active leaks. Oiled inducer motor. Tested both zone valves and tstats. Turned unit on performed combustion test. System is ok at this time of service. Checked wall mount filters. Turned all units on and tested temperature splits. Linda stated she doesn’t use them for heating. All units are in normal operation.
Checked filter, checked delta t, inspected coils, checked drain, checked electrical, tested condensate pump, checked capacitor, checked contactor, checked pressures.
Completed plan member AC tune up for MiniSplit system with 3 indoor heads: Filters are clean. Measured temperature split at each indoor head. Checked drain lands and condition of indoor coils Inspected wiring and controls. Recommend installing surge protector. Left email estimate. Refrigerant charge: Good MiniSplit system is operating well at this time.
Check the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Cleaned the burners and flame sensor. Checked the flue pipe for bellies and checked the thermostat in heating mode. Inspected the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. Checked the motor amps and the inducer operation. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion. Everything is in good working order at this time of service.
