Customer stated that the master bedroom exhaust fan was not working properly check fan operation. Upon arrival check suction on the fan went up to the attic and noticed that there was two hard bends at the 4 inch duct. Also cut back about 4 feet and made it so only has one bend check performance after adjustment ok suction on fan increase. No charge warranty

Perform precision heat tuneup on 1995 train 80% gas furnace. Checked all electrical connections and components. Tested blower capacitor check resistance of hot surface igniter. Cleaned flame sensor. Replaced 20 x 25 x 1“ air filter. Found old and accurate T 87 mercury thermostat. Provided estimate for Honeywell T4 thermostat. Examined heat exchanger with camera. Furnace is getting pretty old and should consider replacement. Performed Combustion test. Gas furnace is working at time of service.

Air sealed and insulated basement rim joist and sill plate. Vented 2 bathroom exhaust fans to gable vents in attic. Sealed 2 lowered ceiling areas in attic space with air barrier material and 1 part foam.

This proposal has been revised to focus on the attic only.

Installed a new HVAC system in the home. First, removed the old equipment, including the furnace and air conditioning unit. Installed a Lennox XC25 air conditioner and Lennox SL280V furnace in the designated locations. Connected the new units to existing ductwork, ensuring proper sealing and alignment. Installed a programmable thermostat to control the new system. Tested the system to ensure proper functionality, including checking for correct refrigerant levels, airflow, and heating performance. Verified all connections were secure and the system was operating efficiently before completing the installation.

Changed filter, cleared drain, checked delta t, checked electrical, checked capacitors, checked blower wheel, checked coils, checked refrigerant pressures.

Performed tune up on trane split system, checked electrical low and high voltage connections and components replaced filter, flush drain check supply and return airflow inspect coils rust and starting to rot. Checked outdoor unit refrigerant levels r22 capacitor and contactor capacitor is reading below standards. Indoor coil is in bad shape soon to be a problem. Unit is from 1996 would recommend replacing system before Major issues arise. Provided estimate for recommendations customer decided to wait on those recommendations for now. Emailed estimate

Proposal for maintenance plan with quarterly visits. Reviewed equipment to provide pricing for 1 split ducted system, unit is hanging from ceiling. Ladder to use is on site. 16x25x1 filter

Proposal for Energy Saving measures for the home. Eagleville, PA Reviewed the homes attic and basement areas to look for improvements that would make the home more comfortable and more efficient. Found several areas that air sealing and insulation is recommended. Created proposal for the customer.

Insulation for basement ceiling, eagle ville, Pa Inspected basement ceiling, tiles and insulation got wet from a leak at the kitchen sink. Insulation is above drop ceiling and basement us finished so Insulation is not required in space. Let customer know we will send a proposal on Insulation and replacing ceiling tiles for 6x6 area in basement.
