Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps and tested for static pressure. I Went to the outdoor unit and Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.
Perform peco heat tuneup on 5 ton Trane heat pump. Check electrical connections and components. Low and high ok. Test back up heat 15 kw ok check airflow. test heat pump operation heat and cool mode. Refrigerant levels and pressures ok. Capacitor and contactor ok. Duct work makes noise when blower goes off. Noise is coming from when ductwork compresses. Check outdoor unit electrical ok. System working properly. Customer will change 510 filter.

Completed (2) AC tune ups for Bosch inverter systems. Both 20x25x1 filters ok. Left one on site for each system. Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors for outdoor units. Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; added treatment tabs to drain pans. strongly recommend EZ trap for second floor system . Explained and left estimate. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. As a reminder the first floor system was charged 3#R410A refrigerant in April 2023. Pressures ok for now. Homeowner said they are moving this summer. AC systems operating well at this time.
Fully assessed water leaking situation. Found water leak not coming from water heater or expansion tank. Found water leak from old 3/4” copper elbow above water heater. Provided estimate to replace about a 2 ft second of 3/4” copper pipping with pro press fittings. Provided estimate. Homeowner ultimately decided he is going to perform the work himself. Provided estimate for membership plan renewal.
Estimate
Upon arrival, I performed maintenance on AC system. Changed 16×25×1 air filter. Inspected indoor coil and evaporator pan. Cleared and tested drain line. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Cycled system in cooling. Checked static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Inspected electrical connections and components on outdoor unit. System is operating appropriately at this time.
Found no surge protection on blower motor, installed x-13 surge protector. Also performed precision a/c tune up on Bosch heat pump system. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split. Tested condensation pump. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperature at indoor and outdoor units. Also looked over install job to install supply in living room. Provided estimate, homeowner decided to get work done. Will need to make sure we have all material and 2 guys to complete work. Also provided estimate to install water softener with chlorine removal. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Estimate
Arrived to see about a gas issue with the furnace . Found gas valve had failed . I had the valve on my truck and replaced under warranty . Once the new valve was in I checked the system operation and adjusted the gas valve to operation standards . Everything is back up and running .
