Check up on a heat pump system. Checked the air filter, customer will replace . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages. Checked the thermostat in heating mode. Inspected the amps for the heating elements and checked the blower amps and the operation. Checked the indoor temp splits . Performed an outdoor BTU output for the heat pump. Checked the outdoor unit, wire connections and the voltages. Inspected the components and tested the amps draws for the compressor and the fan motor. The heat pump is in good working order.
Gas furnace tuneup. Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the heat pump temp splits. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Inspected the burners and flame sensor and igniter. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. Inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motor . Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion. everything is in good working order at this time of service.
Gas furnace tuneup on a 90% Checked the air filter and replaced. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Inspected and tested the burners and flame sensor and igniter. Flushed and tested the drain lines and furnace trap . checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. Inspected the flue pipe and fresh air for bellies. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motor . Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion. everything is in good working order at this time of service.
Perform oil boiler, cleaning, tuneup, check, electrical, low and high voltage components and connections, replace oil filter, pump strainer and burner nozzle. Cleaned heat exchanger flue pipe and chimney base. Check oil flow. Performed smoke and combustion test ok. Test transformer and readjust electrodes ok clean cad cell, burner reading higher than normal ohm reading during combustion, boiler is been running under these conditions for years, Manufacturer does sates this burner could be running higher than normal ohms. Cycle boiler couple times ok. Check water pressure and temps ok. Cycle boiler couple times ok.

Performed ac tune up on 2 ton Amana system. Checked electrical low and high voltage connections and components. Replacement of filter flush drain test pump ok. Check airflow supply and return air ok. Customer said unit sometimes it doesn’t come on. Checked error codes and compressor showing 04 locked rotor capacitor ok. Quoted to install super boost customer approved installation checked refrigerant pressures and levels ok. Cycle ac unit. Provided estimate to install surge protector for indoor unit and whole house air purifier.
Checked the a/c side of the system. Checked the air filter . Inspected the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the coil pan and the condensate drain line and inspected the condensate pump. Checked the blower motor condition and checked static pressure and amp draws . Checked the outdoor unit pressures by using super heat and sub cool methods. Inspected the capacitor and checked the amperage for the fan motor and the compressor. Checked the indoor cooling splits at the return and the supply. The a/c system is working fine at this time of service.
Completed AC tune up for 3 Ton Bosch Inverter/Gas Furnace hybrid 16x25x1 filter ok. Measured temperature split (75-57) and static pressure Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Discussed surge protection for indoor equipment. Homeowner agreed. Installed surge protector today. Inspected drain, added treatment tabs to condensate pump. Monitored R410A refrigerant pressures and diagnostics: Good Water test for well water 3 gpg hardness: Good; slightly basic 7.8ph Good; no chlorine; Would still consider having water tested and or UV light and sediment filter. Discussed plan membership as opposed to 1 time tune up. Homeowner agreed. Homeowner paid for AC+Gas Heat plan and install surge protector today.
Completed AC tune up for 4 ton Carrier AC system Inspected condition of both the indoor and outdoor coil Replaced 16x25x1 filter; recommend replacing every 2-3 months Measured temperature split (67-46=21°Good) and static pressure Ensured drains were clear. Cleaned condensate pump and wired in safety. Verified operation of condensate pump. Vinyl discharge tubing (approximately 40’) is ran above new drywall ceiling to sump pump in opposite corner of basement. Vinyl tubing is old and discolored and could have kinks that are now inaccessible. If there are any couplers in tubing, they could break and water would empty above new ceiling. Left options to run new vinyl tubing to the sewer with a barb or to outside the house (same wall as the outdoor unit) using PVC and the appropriate fittings. Arrived on site to complete heat tune up on gas furnace, inspected all electrical connections and wiring,tested 10 mfd blower capacitor and found it failed, informed customer of issue and recommended replacement, customer approved all heater repairs needed at this time, replaced air filter, inspected venting and ductwork, cleaned out flue trap and condensate pump, collected temperature splits from return and supply Heat supply temperature reaches 143°+ static press is at 1.18” with filter in which is already high informed customer we can make Changes to the blower speed and increase the speed but that would make the system louder and the static pressure would increase as well customer opted to leave system as is as it’s been running like this already for 7 years., cleaned all burners and replaced flame sensor with customer approval, inspected hsi, informed customer the hsi is showing visible wear and will need to be replaced in the next couple years, tested and flushed all drain lines
