performed two ac tune ups attic unit and basement check low and high voltage check filters customer will change both filters. check blower caps and motors, supply and return air ok check outdoor units refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor cycle both units ok took photos of indoor coils. Add tabs to drain pans. Attic unit has working wet switch (customer installed it) both contactors showing wear. Refrigerant levels are still cooling but they lower than data plate. Customer understands situation both units are dolling at this time. Compressor mega test shows lower green status. Both units are from 2011.

Performed ac tune up on two stage Amana ac unit. Check electrical low and high voltage ok flush drain test pump. Both items are in bad shape provided estimate to replace those parts. Check air filter ok inspect coils and outdoor unit refrigerant levels and pressures ok capacitor ok outdoor control board ok no signs of overheating. Cycle ac unit ok. Customer approved Replacement of condensation pump and vinyl tubing. Test operation after repairs ok

Performed ac tune up on 2 ton rheem from 2009 unit. Check electrical low and high voltage ok replace air filter. Flush drain inspect indoor coil and outdoor. Check airflow supply and return air. Found auxiliary pan broken on two locations this could become an issue with water leaking into ceiling I also Noticed some refrigeration oil on drain pan and drain trap. Check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures and levels. Capacitor and contactor. Refrigerant levels are ok for now, indoor coil is slightly leaking refrigerant at small rate. Provided estimate to replace auxiliary pan. Would recommend getting an estimate to upgrade system. Office to follow up with customer.

Performed tune up on bryant ac, tested indoor units temperature split and indoor fan motor, checked indoor coil and cleaned and checked drains. Went to outdoor unit and tested all electrical and mechanical components, tested compressor and fan more and refrigerant levels. Found a weak dual capacitor for the outdoor unit, talked to customer about replacement in order to prevent a breakdown. She agreed and new capacitor was installed and tested. No other issues were present.

Completed (2) AC Tune ups. Heat pump/propane hybrid systems each system 3 Tons. Second floor ceiling grille filters ok (1) 20x20x1 (1) 14x14x1. Would replace the 14x14x1 filter in master bedroom soon. Replaced 16x24x1 filter in basement system. For Both systems: Inspected indoor and outdoor coils Checked wiring, controls, electric motors. Equipment does not have surge protection. You can install up to (4) surge protectors. Each system has (2) circuits. Left estimates. Cleared EZ trap. Both systems are gravity drains, Verified refrigerant charge/pressures. Both systems operating well at this time.

Perform AC tuneup on geothermal package unit. check electrical connections, low and high voltage’s inspect coils. Filter was just changed by customer. Flush drain test pump ok. There is starting to see some biological growth inside unit. Inspect electronics. Control board has some rust and overheating signs. Check water pressure and temps in and out. Ok supply and return air ok. Unit is from 2010. Provided estimate for recommendations. I would also suggest getting an estimate to replace system since unit is 15 years old.

For AC tuneup on both units first and second floor second floor it’s a straight AC with gas propane. First Floor is a hybrid unit check electrical connections, low and high voltage replace both 413 filters, flush condensate drains test pump add tabs to the pump. Check airflows supply and return ok. Check outdoor units refrigerant levels and pressures ok. Capacitor and relays ok reminded customer about units not having surge protectors and also not having bacteria protection. (Second floor needs bulbs) nothing inetalled on first floor. First floor line set insulation is bad shape. Provided estimate to replace insulation. Tried to call customer once call was completed. Customer did not answer.

Checked the AC side of the system . Checked air filter and replaced , supplied by the customer. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

Performed precision AC tuneup on train AC system. Replace 16 x 25 by one air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature split found mouse nest and outdoor unit removed. Also found 45/7.5 capacitor is weak tested at 38/7.5. replaced capacitor. Also recommended installing ECM search protector for blower motor at indoor unit. Installed surge protector. AC system is getting older, but still working at this time. Check refrigerant pressures at indoor and outdoor units. AC system is working at Time of service.
