* Perform blower door test and measure results. Calculate the Building Airflow Standard for the home and compare with the target. Complete an additional test out with the blower door after the work is performed. * Remove the flooring in the attic area and relocate most of the plywood to the garage area ceiling so storage can be relocated to above garage, * Block off area around angled ceiling in the front of the home from the attic space to ensure no blown in insulation gets back into the cavity. * Build a dam around the pull down stairs and around the drop to the garage ceiling to hold back the insulation to the spaces we are adding insulation in the attic. * Move the existing insulation in the main attic space and air seal all top plates and any penetrations from the attic space to the second floor with single part spray foam. * Install new baffles onto existing roof line to ensure attic is properly ventilated and there is no blockage of the soffit areas. 2 systems Both 2 ton Heat pumps with 7.5 KW electric heat kits. Goodman communicating with comfortnet thermostats. Homeowner had reset outdoor equipment breakers for both systems but not the indoor air handler breakers. Comfort net thermostats. Configured for comfort meaning electric heat is not controlled by outdoor temperature. Both filters very dirty Attic filter 20x20x1 replaced today Basement filter 20x25x4 I replaced to day with 20x25x1 Outdoor temperature reading accurate for attic 2nd floor system but not for first floor. It is reading 155°. Left estimate to replace wired outdoor temperature sensor for outdoor control. Refrigerant pressures for first floor system are slightly low. Left estimates for surge protection for indoor and outdoor equipment for both systems. Total of (4) can be installed. Left estimates for plan memberships.
Arrived for no heat . Found the customer’s indoor air handler and thermostat wasn’t showing display. Found the breaker for the indoor handler double pole 60 amp . Breaker wouldn’t reset and could see some issues with the panel . Recommended in having an electrician to replace his breaker and to inspect his panel . Collected for 99.00 paid

Performed oil tune up on oil fired boiler, disassembled and vacuumed entire heat exchanger and flue pipe and chimney base. Replaced filter, strainer and nozzle and tested combustion of system after completion. Checked all radiators in home to ensure they were all heating properly. No issues with unit at this time.
Inspected equipment and found outdoor unit locked out on high pressure trip. Wiring was not connected to original high pressure switch so this can not be explained. Only manual reset high pressure switch is in the circuit. Reset unit and tested operation, measured system charge. Could not get my gage on discharge port as threads may be damaged. Talked to David about just replacing the unit with a new system- possibly Trane 15 seer unit.
Upon arrival, found pressure switch, tripped out. Wires rubbing on outdoor unit . Wrapped piping with insulation along with making wire repairs on bear wires tested in heat checked pressures and defrost. System is running to manufacturer specifications and pressures are good
