Job Locations and Reviews
Replaced 80% gas furnace, installed new 96% gas furnace. Ran exhaust pipe to desired location. Capped chimney. Installed condensate pump and vynal tubing. Installed new Gas valve and piping, switch, outlet, surge protector, AA 413 filter. Adapted to supply and return ducts. Checked operation of unit. Cleaned work area. Provided walkthrough with customer. Job is complete.

Performed tune up on trane gas furnace, ran unit in heating mode and checked combustion and gas pressures. Tested blower and inducer motor, checked heat exchanger, cleaned flame sensor, and checked surface igniter. No issues with unit at this time.
Performed tune up on carrier heat pump, ran unit in heating mode and tested heat strips and blower and indoor coil. Tested outdoor unit and compressor as well as outdoor fan motor. No issues with unit at this time.
Gas furnace tuneup on a 90% furnace . Checked the air filter and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages . Flushed the drain lines and furnace trap . Inspected the burners and flame sensors and cleaned . Inspected the flue pipes for leaks and bellies. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motors. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion on the system. The furnace is in good working order at this time of service.

Inspected the flue pipes for leaks and bellies. checked the thermostat in heating mode and checked the gas pressures and the furnace safeties. checked the motor amps on the inducer operation and blower motors. Took indoor heat temp rise and tested for combustion on the system. The furnace is in good working order at this time of service.
Replacement of boiler expansion tank number 30 and new water feeder with backflow preventer some piping will have to be modified to fit new parts. Test operation of boiler after all repairs set water pressure to 15 psi test aqua stat 180 Fahrenheit water temperature and 15 psi. Also, during today’s visit, perform heat tuneup on boiler everything checked out OK all ignition components burners, gas valve inducer assembly draft. Everything looked good.
Upon arrival for heat maintenance on heat pump tune up I changed the filter. Checked electrical and wiring and emergency heat kit. Checked blower motor and assembly. Checked delta t. Inspected coils. Checked fan motor and assembly. Checked refrigerant pressures. Forced unit into defrost. Unit is in normal operation at this time.
Customer called in for an order thinking it was coming from the gas boiler upon arrival check operation of gas boiler customer has water heater in the off position so it's not in use currently. Perform combustion test on gas boiler inspect draft gas boiler is working under normal conditions. Odor was determined to come from neighbor's house they had some sort of a heater issue and the smell was passing over to customers house. Neighbors issue has been resolved. During today's visit as I was checking out boiler operation I found expansion tank had no air and some water come from bladder. Also test water feeder and there was no water feeding. Added water manually. Provided estimate to replace those parts. Customer renew gas boiler service plan office to follow up with customer regards recommendations.
Upon arrival I shut the oil off at the tank. I changed the oil strainer and nozzle. Cleaned electrodes and repositioned them. Inspected gun chamber. Tested transformer and checked operation of primary control. Cleaned heat exchanger, flue, and chimney base. Assembled unit back together. Checked expansion tank and auto fill. Inspected piping for any signs of leaks or corrosion. Turned unit on and bled air from oil line. Checked draft and performed a smoke test. Performed combustion test. System is performing very well at this time of service.
