Job Locations and Reviews

Removed old air handler and heat pump, installed new heat pump and air handler, installed thermostat, flushed lineset adapted to supply and return, installed 30x60 drain pan with ez trap. Removed old pad and installed new 36x36x3 concrete pad, installed snow legs under unit, installed rectorseal disconnect with surge protector, installed new slimduct, connected high and low volt wiring, cleaned work area and tested out. Adjust charge in warmer weather.

Upon arrival, I performed maintenance on AC system. Inspected but did not change 501 air filter since homeowner does it himself. Inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Inspected electrical connections and components on indoor unit. Inspected blower assembly and amp draw. Cleared and tested drain line. Cycled system in cooling. Check static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Inspected electrical connections and components on outdoor unit. System is operating appropriately at this time supplying an appropriate temperature drop.

Upon arrival, I performed maintenance on AC system. Changed 16 x 25 x 1 air filter. Inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Cleared and tested drain line. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Cycled system in cooling. Checked static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperature. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Inspected electrical connections and components on outdoor unit. System is operating appropriately at this time supplying an appropriate temperature drop.

*Check and adjust charge as needed* Set new furnace and coil in place. Adapted to Supply and attached existing return drop. Ran new lineset from indoor to outdoor unit. Installed gas piping and checked for leaks. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Ran new condensate drain. To new condensate pump and ran new Vinyl tubing to the pump. Wired safeties in series to break 24v R call to thermostat. Set new unit on new pad and leveled. Hung new recto4seal disconnect to wall. Piped in lineset to outdoor unit. Brazed pressure tested evacuated and charged system. Made all high and low voltage connections to unit. Performed all test out procedures cleaned all work areas and reviewed installation with homeowner.

Perform AC tuneup on American standard 3.5 ton unit check electrical connections and components, low and high. Filter ok flush drain inspect coil. Check drain test pump. Cuck blower motor and cap. Found capacitor reading 2 mfd rated at 10. When inspecting coil found electronic leak detector going off, indicating micro leaks. Check air flow ok. Same time I was able to check heat exchanger noticed big crack on heat exchanger. Took photos and share with customer. Check outdoor unit r22 levels and electrical. Found capacitor reading 31 rated at 35. Start capacitor contacts are all rusted. After tune up talked to customer about today’s visit. Informed her about all the issues fund today. Explain her that 20 year heat exchanger warranty only applies to original homeowner. We will double check with manufacturer. I also explained r22 refrigerant protocol. Provided estimate to replace indoor coil. Final recommendation is getting an estimate to update system. System is from 2007. Office to cont
