The distributor tube is part of the coil and the Outdoor Unit Coil will need to be replaced. Unit is covered under Parts and Labor Warranty. Pricing for repair is for refrigerant, additional materials for the repair, and shipping which are not covered under warranty. Turn power off to unit. Disassemble the outdoor unit and remove all panels and control board compartment to fully access the coil. Disconnect and remove the coil. Install a new Coil and complete refrigerant connections. Pressure test system with Nitrogen and test connections. Evacuate system and weigh in the manufacturers refrigerant charge. Reassemble the outdoor unit and put into operation. Measure refrigerant charge and adjust as needed. Complete all warranty paperwork and ship failed coil back to the manufacturer for warranty processing. *Availability of the Coil is 7-10 Days from the Manufacturer.* 3-

Completed (2) AC Tune ups First floor system 1 zone/thermostat in foyer hallway 2.5 Ton Second floor +Loft System 2zones/thermostats Carrier zone board 3 Ton Both 16x25x1 filters ok For BOTH systems: Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors; only 1 of the 4 electrical circuits of the HVAC equipment has a surge protector. Left estimate for (3) more surge protectors for the remaining circuits. You could also protect the mode blower motors themselves with ECM surge protectors left estimate for (2) ECM surge protectors (1 for each system). Checked drains and pumps. Added treatment tabs to drain lines. Measured temperature splits Verified integrity of compressor motors Checked refrigerant charge and pressures There are (2) bypass humidifiers that will need to be serviced at next heat tune up. (2) Aprilaire 35 water panels. Both systems operating well at this time.

Upon arrival found homeowner was not home, but his father was babysitting so I was still able to perform AC maintenance on system. Cleaned condensate drains and pump. Emailed an estimate to install easy trap to allow better drain maintenance and drain safety. Inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Changed 16 x 25 x 1 air filter. Cycled system in cooling. Checked static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Inspected electrical connections and components. Capacitor is starting to read slightly out of range so I emailed an estimate to have it replaced. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. System is operating appropriately at this time supplying an appropriate temperature drop.

Customer called in for outdoor unit not coming on. High bill last month. Upon arrival found thermostat set to heat and calling for heat. Getting 24 volts between Y and C at outdoor unit. Check wiring found open low pressure switch. Found system void of charge. Added some nitrogen found coil distributor broken at the distributor base. Perform tuneup on 2 amana gas furnaces, both systems were tested and heating mode and combustion test and gas pressure test were performed. Both systems had the filters changed and all of the related ignition components were checked including cleaning and checking the flame center and hot service igniter, heat exchanger were examined and gas pressure was tested. Found the 80 mfd capacitor to be weak and requires replacement. Customer was notified and an estimate was sent. The outdoor fan motor is also making a bearing sound on start up and shut down, he was also notified of that but the motor still tests well electrically. No other Issues found
Great service from my HVAC tech, Nathan, today. He arrived on time, and was pleasant to work with. He completed my preventative maintenance services on my furnace, and was thorough with the work performed.

I never expected our new units, AC and Heater, to be installed on this cold rainy day. Guys showed up, and went to it. They were machines. It all went very smoothly and with all the rain and mud they had to deal with, they didn't make a mess!! They stayed on point, all day.
On time kept me informed and knew what he was doing.
This is what I believe is the second time that Brian has been to our home to perform a semi-annual HVAC service. On both occasions, I have been very pleased with the level of service. Brian has been courteous, extremely thorough in his work, and patient in explaining his findings. DiBiase is fortunate to have someone like Brian on its team.
Brian arrived on time for my routine service visit today. He was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. I will continue to recommend DiBiase to my friends and family.
