Upon arrival I performed maintenance on both AC systems. Inspected evaporator coil and condensate pans. Cleared and tested condensate drains and pump. Inspected blower assemblies and electrical connections. Changed both 413 spaceguard air filter and 16 x 25 x 1 air filter at homeowners request. Cycled both systems in cooling. checked static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor units. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Inspected outdoor coils and condenser fans. Inspected electrical connections and components. Both systems are operating appropriately at this time supplying an appropriate temperature drop. Collected payment for air filter.

Completed AC tune up for 4 Ton Goodman AC system Aprilaire 401 filter I’m good condition. We will replan next tune up. Homeowners will need to order one for that time. Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; outdoor equipment does not have surge protection; left estimate for surge protector for outdoor equipment Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Left estifor EZ trap. An ez trap will allow for more thorough cleaning of trap and has n overfill safety switch. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge and checked pressures. Good AC system operating well at this time. Also completed tankless water heater service. Descaled tank and then flushed heat exchanger. Cleaned inlet screen. Inspected and cleaned pilot assembly. Performed combustion test: Pass Tankless water heater operating well at this time. Ed was busy. H

Upon arrival, performed maintenance on AC system. Inspected but did not change air filters since homeowner recently changed it. Inspected drain lines. Inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Cycled system in cooling. Check static pressure and temperature differential. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Inspected electrical components and connections. Found compressor was starting with a high amp draw. Recommended homeowner installed a hard start kit on system. Sent estimate for wet switch and hard start kit.

Completed AC tune up for 3 Ton Amana AC system Replaced Aprilaire 410 filter provided by homeowner Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimate for surge protectors; 1 for indoor blower motor and 1 for outdoor equipment Measured temperature rise and static pressure Inspected drain and pump; added treatment tabs to pump checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge and checked pressures. System operating well at this time. Homeowner renewed and pod for plan membership today.

Installed humidifier line to hot side of the water heater.

Installed new apco x in supply duct above coil installed new 24v transformer and wired apco x. Installed new aprilaire 2410 filter rack and built custom transition between return drop and filter rack. Installed new aprilaire 600m Humidifier with digital humidistat wired all low voltage connections according to Humidifier install manual. Ran 3 wire outside for outdoor sensor. Installed saddle valve on cold side of hot water heater and ran new 1/4" water line to Humidifier and checked for leaks. Installed new Humidifier bypass from supply plenum to Humidifier. Tested operation of all accessories and reviewed installation with homeowner.

Spoke with customer about water quality and the different options we offer for whole home filtration. Built several estimates for the water system and for the heating and cooling systems maintenances. He said he will speak with his wife and let us know which option he will go with, pictures are attached of the main water supply and clearance is not of concern as the water lines have plenty of space.

Performed tune up on Goodman air conditioner, tested indoor blower motor, coil cleanliness and drains. Checked temperature split and tested the outdoor unit, checked compressor, fan motor, capacitor and refrigerant levels. No issues found with unit at this time but a surge protector was recommended for the indoor blower motor.

Removed everything from top compartment. Removed old heat exchanger. Installed new heat exchanger with new gaskets. Burned off oil from new heat exchanger. Checked temp rise. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service. Condensation pump did take a while to shut off provided estimate in case any further issues with pump.

Found blocked port at “blocked condensate drain pressure switch” Cleared port and tubing. Debris can build up in this port from water mineral deposits. The secondary heat exchanger is draining properly Verified draft at the port using manometer -1.75” Good Also replaced 16x25x1 filter provided by Allison. Recommend replacing every 2 months. Pressure switch itself seems to be good. But left estimate for replacement if it acts up itself. Combustion tests: Pass System operating well at this time. Homeowner paid for invoice today.

On a very hot day (90+ degrees) when our generator functioned but was not providing air conditioning during a 20-hour electrical outage, Kurt was so pleasant and personable and diagnosed and explained to us the problem was in the generator’s connection box to the air conditioner.
