Reviewed old boiler setup and radiation in home for replacement. Bethany would like to move boiler from other home over to this home. Need to confirm sizing and information from other boiler before quoting a price for work.

Dropped off a 18x30x1 Air Filter and left between the screen door and the front door. Customer was not home at this time. No additional follow up needed.

Arrived to the customers home to drop off an air filter 18x20x1 , left on the front porch.

Upon arrival I checked filter. I cleared the drain. I inspected coils. I checked electrical. I checked blower motor and assembly. I checked delta t. I checked fan motor and assembly. Checked inverter board. Unit is in normal operation at this time.

Unit has bad module on blower motor. Motor will need to be replaced.

Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high voltage connections ok replaced air filter 413. flushed drain test pump ok, check airflow supply and return air ok blower motor ok flush drain test pump ok adjust airflow to achieve better performance from system. outdoor unit refrigerant pressures levels ok check inputs and voltages ok. System is working properly.

Checked the a/c side of the system. Checked the air filter and found good . Inspected the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the coil pan and the condensate drain line and inspected the condensate pump. Checked the blower motor condition and checked static pressure and amp draws . Checked the outdoor unit pressures by using super heat and sub cool methods. Inspected the capacitor and checked the amperage for the fan motor and the compressor. Checked the indoor cooling splits at the return and the supply. The a/c system is working fine at this time of service. Recommended a water safety easy trap and a dual capacitor.

Checked all the air filters and cleaned. Checked the voltages and the wiring connections on each unit. Cleaned all units and tested the blower speeds on all 3 heads . Turned each unit on to check for the cooling temps at each head for a return and supply. check the outdoor heat pump for the mini split , checked the wiring connections and checked the amps combined for the fan motor and the compressor. Both the indoor heads and the outdoor heat pump are working fine at this time of service.

Customer has a two head one outdoor minisplit system. Giving code j6 problem with sensor or control board. Checked outdoor unit we can t get to electronics, unit is located under a deck with 6 inches of clearance from top. I was able to check standing pressure 169 psi. There is mice nest inside unit. Told customer we can’t do any work on unit with current location. We will have to lower unit and then we can troubleshoot. Provided an estimate to lower unit and make all necessary connections. Once unit is accessible we can troubleshoot. Unit is from 2010 would recommend replacing system. Home comfort consultant to come later on today.
